Our CAD pattern engineers develop precise technical patterns from tech packs or from scratch. Each pattern is graded across the full size range with age-specific proportions for children's garments — ensuring fit accuracy from newborn to 14 years.

Precision Cutting

Automated spreading and laser-guided cutting ensures 0.5mm tolerance with minimal fabric waste. Layers are optimised by marker efficiency software. All cut bundles are tagged by style, size, and color before being distributed to sewing lines.

Sewing & Assembly

Our 15 specialized sewing lines are staffed by experienced operators trained in ISO stitch standards. Each line carries out in-process quality checks every 20–30 garments. Seam strength, thread tension, and stitch count are all monitored continuously.

Needle Detection, Packing & Dispatch

Every finished garment passes through our industrial needle detection system — 100%, no exceptions. Approved pieces are then folded, packed to client specification, barcoded, carton-packed, and prepared for international export with full shipping documentation.
